This shabad came up when discussing [[20 - ਭਰੀਐ ਹਥੁ ਪੈਰੁ ਤਨੁ ਦੇਹ ॥|Pauree 20 of Jap Ji Sahib]] in [[Satpal Singh]]'s JapJi Sahib katha. I wanted to save it to my [[Shabad bookmarks]]. |Pauree 20 of Jap Ji Sahib]] is also about the spectrum of the universe, similar to the asank paurees before it. Except this time, we are talking about the spectrum of paap and pun within all of us. Instead of seeing one as good and one as bad, or somebody as a saint or somebody as a sinner, we should see everything as simply one. The spectrum itself is part of the oneness. The Shabad below elaborates on this point. Something to investigate further; reincarnation in relation to homai. When the body is filled with ego and selfishness, The cycle of birth and death does not end. One who becomes Gurmukh subdues egotism, and meditates on the Truest of the True. Within this body are the two brothers, sin and virtue. When the two joined together, the Universe was produced. Subduing both, and entering into the Home of the One, through the Guru's Teachings, we are absorbed in intuitive peace. ||4||
