However, can I earn post-graduate client contact/supervision hours in New York, or must they be earned in Connecticut? >We do accept hours from other states. >As long as we will receive Ct forms signed from your supervisors. ## Thoughts The hours I earn while in school don't really matter, so I should feel empowered to intern anywhere, with anyone. What matters is being supervised by an LMFT during my post-graduate work. Whether that is in NY or CT, it doesn't matter. It also sounds like I can double dip my hours and apply to both a CT and NY license after graduation. But I'll need to investigate this more.
