This is the schedule we are currently following for [[Meeta]]. We are practicing this now before school starts in late August/September. For reference, Meeta is currently about 3 months old. - 6am to 7am Breakfast - 7am to 11am Crate  - 11am to 12pm Lunch - 12pm to 2pm Crate  - 2pm to 3pm Awake - 3pm to 5pm Crate - 4:50pm to 5:50pm Dinner - 6pm to 7:30pm Crate  - 7:30pm to 9pm Wind Down
