I enjoy [[Keeping track of my wins]], but should I link each win to a different note? This isn’t explicitly discussed in my [[Zettelkasten Rules]], so I am making a dedicated note to talk it out. Pros: - I might end up linking to random small notes that would otherwise go untouched - It would force me to create new notes and placeholders for themes in my life that I might not usually write about, but experience regularly in my day to day wins - Linking each win would be a great way to get myself into the habit of linking and thinking critically about relevant notes Cons: - The wins note is going to end up with a TON of outgoing links - I’d argue the vast majority of links will be to high level indexes that don’t serve much value and will take up a lot of space on the index’s list of backlinks - It just won’t look very nice Edit: Now that I'm removing most of my indexes in favor of actual notes and maps of content, I may want to reconsider this. If I have a win that specifically connects to a note, I should link them together.
